What makes the Rococo Burger special?
First we blend NY Strip in a 70/30 meat to fat ratio which matches the 70/30 brioche bun. Next we wood grill the 8oz burger and brioche to your perfect temperature, and dress it with bacon onion jam, rosemary aioli, heirloom tomato, and artisan lettuce.
The result it a mammoth “steak” on a bun. Be sure to bring a little extra appetite when you come in!
